COURSE CONTENT PROTECTION & COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT
Version 1.0

Effective Date: 5 September 2026

This Course Content Protection & Copyright Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to all online courses, webinars, recordings, lessons and educational materials provided under the brands Pratulogy and Jyotishala, operated by Creative Sage Inc., a sole proprietorship of Pratul Vishera.
1. Acceptance of This Agreement
By purchasing, enrolling in or accessing any Pratulogy or Jyotishala course, the student confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement.
For new students, acceptance is recorded through the mandatory checkbox displayed during enrolment or payment.
For previously enrolled students, continued access to course content after receiving notice of this Agreement constitutes acknowledgement of these terms. Where an additional acceptance mechanism is presented, continued course access will be conditional upon completing that acceptance.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase, access or continue using the course content.

2. Personal and Limited Licence
Purchasing a course gives the student a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the purchased course for their own educational use.
Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the course, recordings, teaching materials or intellectual property to the student.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • One purchase is valid for one individual student.

  • Course access cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Access cannot be shared with family members, friends, colleagues, clients, students or organisations.

  • The course cannot be displayed to a group or used for commercial training.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership
All original course content created or presented by Pratul Vishera, Pratulogy, Jyotishala or Creative Sage Inc. remains protected intellectual property.
Protected materials include, without limitation:

  • Video and audio lectures

  • Live and recorded classes

  • Course notes and written explanations

  • PDFs, presentations, worksheets and handouts

  • Diagrams, illustrations, charts and tables

  • Original translations and commentaries

  • Research, interpretations and teaching methodologies

  • Course structure, lesson arrangement and presentation

  • Case studies, examples and demonstrations

  • Branding, graphics and website content

References to ancient Sanskrit texts, traditional Jyotish principles, public-domain scriptures or pre-existing traditional knowledge are not claimed as exclusively owned.
However, Pratulogy’s original selection, translation, explanation, interpretation, arrangement, commentary, diagrams and presentation of such material remain protected.

4. Prohibited Activities
Without prior written permission from Pratul Vishera or Creative Sage Inc., students must not:

  1. Download, copy or extract course videos or audio through browser extensions, software, developer tools or any other method.

  2. Screen-record, audio-record, photograph or systematically capture screenshots of course content.

  3. Copy, scan, reproduce or distribute PDFs, presentations, diagrams, notes or other course materials.

  4. Share course recordings or materials through WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive, Dropbox, email, social media, file-sharing services or any other platform.

  5. Upload any course material to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, websites, applications, online groups or public or private digital repositories.

  6. Upload course recordings, notes, PDFs, transcripts or other materials to artificial-intelligence platforms for summarisation, training, reproduction, analysis or content generation.

  7. Share login credentials or permit another person to access the course through the student’s account.

  8. Sell, rent, sublicense, exchange, gift or commercially distribute course access or materials.

  9. Conduct paid or unpaid group screenings of course recordings.

  10. Remove, cover, crop, blur, modify or bypass a watermark, copyright notice or technological protection measure.

  11. Attempt to bypass the website’s access controls, video restrictions, security systems or enrolment requirements.

  12. Publish transcripts, translated versions, summaries or substantially reproduced versions of lectures or course materials.

  13. Use course recordings or substantially copied materials to create, market or sell another course, webinar, book, membership, workshop or training programme.

  14. Claim Pratulogy’s original research, explanations, diagrams, interpretations or teaching methods as their own work.

These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

5. Permitted Educational and Professional Use
Students may:

  • Take personal handwritten or digital notes for private study.

  • Apply the knowledge learned from the course in their own consultations or professional practice.

  • Discuss general concepts in their own independently created language.

  • Develop their own conclusions, examples and methods through further study and experience.

Students may not reproduce Pratulogy’s protected expression, recordings, diagrams, written materials, distinctive lesson structure or substantial portions of the course while claiming them as independently created content.
Learning a principle does not prevent a student from applying it. However, purchasing access does not grant permission to copy or redistribute the manner in which the principle has been researched, explained, illustrated or taught in the course.

6. Confidentiality and Case Studies
Courses may contain charts, personal experiences, client examples, student discussions or other confidential information.
Students agree not to:

  • Identify individuals discussed in a class.

  • Publish or circulate another person’s birth details, horoscope, personal circumstances or consultation information.

  • Record or distribute questions asked by other students.

  • Use confidential case studies for public content without written permission and appropriate anonymisation.

7. Account Security
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity performed through their accounts.
Students must notify Pratulogy promptly if they believe that their account has been accessed without authorisation.
Unusual login activity, simultaneous access from multiple locations or evidence of credential sharing may result in temporary account review or suspension.

8. Watermarking and Security Measures
Pratulogy may use reasonable content-protection measures, including:

  • Visible or invisible watermarks

  • Student name, email or membership identification

  • Access logs

  • Device or session controls

  • Download restrictions

  • Domain restrictions

  • Digital Rights Management

  • Other reasonable anti-piracy technologies

Any personal information used for these purposes will be processed in accordance with the Pratulogy Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Suspected Violations
Where Pratulogy has a reasonable basis to suspect unauthorised copying, sharing, resale, credential sharing or security circumvention, it may temporarily suspend access while the matter is investigated.
The student may be asked to provide an explanation or cooperate with the investigation.
Where a material violation is established, Pratulogy may, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate course access.

  • Refuse further access to Pratulogy or Jyotishala programmes.

  • Issue takedown notices to platforms hosting unauthorised content.

  • Seek an injunction, damages, costs or other remedies available under law.

  • Report unlawful distribution or infringement to the appropriate platform or authority.

Termination resulting from a proven material violation may occur without a refund, subject to applicable consumer law and statutory rights.

10. Course Access and Availability
Course access remains subject to the access period stated at the time of purchase.
Where lifetime access is expressly offered, “lifetime access” refers to the period for which the relevant course and platform continue to be operated and supported by Pratulogy. It does not transfer ownership or grant permanent possession of course files.
Pratulogy may update, reorganise, replace or remove individual lessons where reasonably necessary due to technical, legal, academic or operational requirements.
Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, internet services, third-party platforms or circumstances beyond Pratulogy’s reasonable control will not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

11. No-Refund Policy
All course purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.
No refund or cancellation shall ordinarily be provided on the grounds that the student:

  • Changed their mind after purchasing.

  • Did not access or complete the course.

  • Did not have sufficient time to study.

  • Was dissatisfied with the course after receiving access.

  • Purchased the wrong course.

  • Failed to review the course description before purchasing.

  • Found the course difficult or unsuitable for their present level of knowledge.

  • Experienced an issue caused by their device, internet connection, browser or account credentials.

Students are responsible for reviewing the course description, curriculum, price, access period, eligibility requirements and other available information before completing the purchase.
If Pratulogy permanently cancels a course and is unable to provide the purchased content or a reasonable alternative, an appropriate remedy may be provided as required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
By completing the payment, the student acknowledges and expressly agrees that the course fee is non-refundable.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Students must contact Pratulogy and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any genuine payment or access problem before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
A chargeback must not be used merely because a student changed their mind, failed to use the course or disagreed with the no-refund policy after accepting it.
Pratulogy reserves the right to provide payment records, access records, acceptance records and other relevant evidence to the payment provider while responding to a chargeback, in accordance with applicable privacy and payment laws.

13. Amendments
Pratulogy may update this Agreement to address changes in courses, technology, security requirements or applicable law.
Every version will display its effective date. Material changes will be communicated or presented for renewed acceptance where appropriate.
An earlier acceptance record will remain connected to the version accepted at that time and will not be altered retrospectively.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
