Privacy Policy

Pratulogy, operated by Pratul Vishera, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information accessed through its internal business tools, including the Remedy Dashboard, Saundarya Lahari email tool, and related Pratulogy services.
1. Information We Access
Our internal tools may access limited information from the Google account authorised by the owner of Pratulogy.
Google Calendar Data
With read-only Calendar permission, the application may access:

• Calendar event titles

• Appointment dates and times

• Attendee or client names

• Attendee or client email addresses

• Other appointment information included in relevant calendar events

The Calendar permission is read-only. The application cannot create, edit or delete Google Calendar events.
Gmail Data
With Gmail sending permission, the application may:

• Send emails prepared and initiated by the authorised Pratulogy user

• Send remedy instructions, mantra details, yantra information and related attachments

• Send the Hindi and English Mantra Sankalp guides when applicable

The application does not read, download or analyse the Gmail inbox. It only uses the Gmail sending permission for emails deliberately initiated through Pratulogy’s internal tools.
2. How We Use Google Data
Google Calendar and Gmail information is used only to:

• Find and select the correct consultation client

• Automatically fill a client’s name and email address

• Prepare remedy or consultation-related communications

• Send user-directed emails and attachments

• Maintain necessary operational and delivery records

• Reduce manual data-entry errors

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing databases or unrelated purposes.
3. Storage and Retention
Google OAuth credentials are retained only while the Google integration remains connected.
Calendar information is accessed when required for the relevant dashboard function. Selected client details and remedy delivery records may be retained for legitimate operational purposes, record-keeping and delivery confirmation.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records or meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Sharing of Information
Pratulogy does not sell, rent or trade Google user data.
Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the application, including Google APIs and secure website-hosting infrastructure. These providers process information only as necessary to deliver the requested functionality.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, prevent misuse or maintain the security of the service.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Pratulogy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data will not be used to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
6. Data Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect credentials and personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or misuse.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, access to Pratulogy’s internal dashboards is restricted and Google permissions are limited to those required for the intended functionality.
7. Revoking Google Access
The authorised Google account holder may revoke the application’s access at any time through the Google Account security and third-party connections settings.
After access is revoked, Google Calendar information will no longer load and the application will no longer be able to send emails through the connected Gmail account.
8. Your Rights
You may contact Pratulogy to request information about personal data associated with you, or to request its correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, Google permissions or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page with its effective date.
